"For me, Szarvas is not just a small town in the Békés region, but a living museum, where history, culture and human values are visible in every corner. I believe that creating values is not only an achievement but also a responsibility. The spirit of the Palov apartment buildings carries on this heritage: the joy of creation, the will to care and the commitment to community. My goal is to create spaces where both body and soul can rest and reconnect for a long, fulfilling life.

Palov's has been in my family since the 1950s. Originally a fishing lodge, it was first renovated in 1993 to bring it up to date, and in 2023 it was renovated again to a waterfront holiday home for guests. At the beginning of the season, I personally spend a few days here to make sure that every little detail is there for the comfort of our guests."
