What time can we check in?
Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Before arrival, please call +36 30 719 9488 so we"ll know your ETA.
What time do I have to leave the accommodation?
Check out time is by 10:00 on the day of departure. If you would like to leave earlier or later, please contact us on +36 30 719 9488 and we will see if it is possible.
If we arrive by car, where can we park?
Your car can be parked directly in front of the house on the street.
We would like to rent the accommodation for more than a week. Can we request cleaning during this time?
For longer stays, cleaning and change of bed linen/towels is provided once a week.
Do I need a highway vignette to get to Szarvas?
For the highway M44 you need either a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly vignette, a regional one for Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county. For more information click here. .
Can you provide a bicycle?
In the Palov's guesthouse you will find 2 bicycles.
What is the Szarvas Tastes - Gastronomic Experience Package?
We want to make your time in Szarvas as authentic as possible, so we've put together a Gastro Experience Package, which is full of goodies from local producers.
Can we barbecue / build a fire on the waterfront, in the garden?
Yes, but you can only build a fire in a garden fireplace, in calm, not windy conditions and with water to put it out. You will find tools for cooking in the storage room behind the house. The first portion of firewood is provided by us, additional portions are available for a fee (+5 000.-Ft).
Is the Palov's guest house really a holiday home on the waterfront with a private jetty?
Yes. The private jetty on the waterfront is 150 cm wide and 3 m long. The Körös is deep water, so you can even dive off the edge of it (carefully, at your own risk).
If I want to rent a kayak/canoe/SUP, can you help me?
We can provide SUP, the rental fee is 4 000.- Ft per day. You can choose this option when you book or you can arrange it when you arrive.

How many people can the guest house accommodate?
The Palov's waterfront guest house has a gallery with 1 double bed.
Can we bring a pet?
We are not able to accommodate pets.
What are the facilities in the holiday home, what equipment do I not need to bring with me?
The kitchen is equipped with fridge (without freezer), kettle, hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, glasses, coffee, tea, milk powder, salt and pepper.
The bathroom is equipped with 2 towels, soap, hand towels and a hairdryer.
The bedroom has a smart TV (with Netflix access), bed linen for 2 persons.
Sunbeds are available on the beach.
Is internet access guaranteed?
Yes, you will find your wifi code at your accommodation.
Is there air conditioning in the holiday home?
Yes.
Is it possible to listen to music?
Yes, the cottage is equipped with Bluetooth speakers that you can connect to via your phone.

How can I pay?

Please call our contact person on +36 30 719 9488 so we can take action. If the key is lost, the cost of changing the lock will be reimbursed by the guest.
