The quickest way to reach Szarvas is via the M44 motorway, which was completed a few years ago. To get there, you will need either a national motorway sticker or stickers for Bács Kiskun, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok and Békés counties, depending on where you are coming from. 

If you take the main road 44 from Kecskemét, the road leads through beautiful landscapes to the centre of Szarvas, and only adds a few minutes to the journey time (and km).
