Welcome to Palov’s! To ensure a peaceful and safe visit, please follow these simple rules.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
- Early arrival or late departure is possible only by prior arrangement.
- Palov’s is available for a maximum of two guests.
- Guests under the age of 18 may stay here only if accompanied by an adult.
- Unregistered external visitors may enter only with prior authorization.
Peace of Mind and Security
- Nighttime rest period: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
- House parties, events, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and similar gatherings are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire interior of the house; it is permitted in the garden.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There is no video surveillance in the house.
Use and Damage
- Use the equipment as intended, and be sure to lock the doors when you leave.
- You must compensate for any actual, verifiable damage caused by you or by a person you have admitted onto the premises through your own fault.
- In the event of a lost key, the actual cost of replacement or the reasonable cost of lock replacement may be charged.
- Regular end-of-stay cleaning is included in the room rate. In the event of unusually heavy soiling, only the actual, verifiable additional costs may be charged.
Amenities
- Free guest Wi-Fi is available; there is no separate guest registration portal.
- Electric cars can be charged using the designated outdoor outlet. Charging as intended is included in the room rate.
- Photography and videography for personal use are permitted. Photography or videography for business, advertising, influencer, campaign, or product purposes is permitted only with prior written authorization.
Waterfront and Barbecue
- Be especially careful around the water's edge and on the dock, and keep a close eye on yourself and anyone with you; do not leave children unattended near the water.
- Enter the water and use water sports equipment only in accordance with your swimming ability, the weather conditions, and the water level. Jumping into the water from the dock is prohibited.
- Barbecuing is permitted only in the designated outdoor area. Do not leave the fire or coals unattended while in use; extinguish them completely before leaving. Do not bring the grill or coals into the house.

Reporting the issue promptly can help resolve it, but it does not limit your right to file a complaint later.
