HOUSE RULES

  1. The house can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  2. Guests are only allowed to occupy the house after full administration. Once the guest has filled in the registration form, he/she understands and accepts the rules of the house.
  3. Only the number of persons for whom the accommodation fee has been paid may use the holiday home. If this number is exceeded, a supplement will be charged.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house (smoking is allowed on the terrace).
  5. The night rest period is between 22:00-08:00. During the rest period, everyone must have the right to rest in peace.
  6. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation and are required to keep it clean. On departure, the house must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. It is strictly forbidden to use, sit on or lie down on the seating area in the holiday home in soiled clothing. Special cleaning products are available to collect rubbish and clean around barbecues.
  7. For longer stays, cleaning and change of bed linen/towels is provided once a week.
  8. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper or sanitary products into the toilet.
  9. The guest shall be fully liable for any damage to the equipment. Damage caused on the premises shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative.
  10. It is strictly forbidden to touch or damage any mechanical or electronic equipment!
  11. Please use both indoor and outdoor equipment as intended! In the event of a breakdown, the cost of repair or replacement is the responsibility of the guest. Please report the fault to +36 30 719 9488
  12. Fires may only be built in designated fireplaces, in calm conditions and with water. The first portion of firewood will be provided by the host, additional portions are available for a fee.
  13. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
  14. The host is not responsible for any personal valuables brought into the property.
  15. Guests must lock the doors and windows when leaving.
  16. In the event of a lost key, the guest is responsible for the cost of replacing the key.
  17. The owner has the right to check the house before leaving. In case of damage, he/she can take a report and claim compensation.
  18. By using the accommodation, the guest accepts the rules of the house.
  19. The owner can cancel the accommodation if the guest breaks the house rules - no refund will be given.
  20. The rules of the Civil Code shall apply in matters not covered by the rules of the House Rules.
  21. Complaints will only be accepted during your stay.
  22. The garden is maintained by the host. Please take care of the plants.
  23. As the holiday home is on the waterfront, please take extra care to keep the water clean. Litter and fishing-related waste must not be thrown into the water.
  24. Household rubbish can be collected in the kitchen rubbish bin. When full, the bin next to the guest house can be used.
