Where water rules - cooperation with Palov's Guesthouse and St. Clare Spa

There is one place in Szarvas that is not just a tourist attraction for me. I spent most of my childhood within the walls of the St. Clare Spa. It was then that the space we know today was formed - a place where the water is not only a pleasure, but also a real healing power. The qualification of the thermal water is my mother's, Dr. Katalin Palov led by. This gave me an insight from a very young age into the world of the professional work that goes on behind the scenes: clinical trials, measurements, quality control. For me, it gave me not only a professional foundation - but also a deep conviction that healing and well-being can be consciously built.

When experience and medicine meet

Thanks to its unique composition, the thermal waters of Szarvas are not only an experience but also have a therapeutic effect. The water contains significant amounts of minerals, including sodium, bicarbonate and chloride, which contribute to the body's regeneration processes. This composition is particularly beneficial in the case of musculoskeletal problems: it can help relieve joint pain, promote muscle relaxation and improve circulation. The warm medicinal water relieves tension in the body, making movement easier and the body more balanced. The effects of the thermal water are further enhanced by the associated treatments. Mud baths provide deep support for the regeneration of joints and connective tissue, carbonic baths stimulate circulation, while therapeutic massages help to loosen muscles and restore the body's natural balance. I believe that these treatments are not just separate elements, but part of a consciously constructed, complex regeneration system.

A milestone in the history of Palov's Guesthouse

That is why it is particularly important for me that today it is not only memory that connects us to the St Clare Spa, but also a formal cooperation. My goal has always been to create spaces where guests not only relax, but experience a real, deep recharge - through a system backed by a credible professional foundation.

The cooperation between Palov's Guesthouse's waterfront holiday home and the spa creates the opportunity for our guests to enjoy a more complex experience. A journey where silence, nature, water, movement and a conscious therapeutic background work together. And it is this same unity that brings Each element of the Wellness Experience package is.
