There is one place in Szarvas that is not just a tourist attraction for me. I spent most of my childhood within the walls of the St. Clare Spa. It was then that the space we know today was formed - a place where the water is not only a pleasure, but also a real healing power. The qualification of the thermal water is my mother's, Dr. Katalin Palov<\/a> led by. Thanks to its unique composition, the thermal waters of Szarvas are not only an experience but also have a therapeutic effect. The water contains significant amounts of minerals, including sodium, bicarbonate and chloride, which contribute to the body's regeneration processes. This composition is particularly beneficial in the case of musculoskeletal problems: it can help relieve joint pain, promote muscle relaxation and improve circulation. The warm medicinal water relieves tension in the body, making movement easier and the body more balanced. The effects of the thermal water are further enhanced by the associated treatments. Mud baths provide deep support for the regeneration of joints and connective tissue, carbonic baths stimulate circulation, while therapeutic massages help to loosen muscles and restore the body's natural balance.
