Palov\u2019s provides lodging for up to two guests. Guests under the age of 18 may stay at the property only if accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

For online reservations, the contract is established upon receipt of Palov\u2019s confirmation and payment of the 20% deposit or the full advance payment selected. The remaining 80% is due no later than upon arrival; guests may pay it earlier if they wish.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

When making a reservation by phone or email, a Palov\u2019s representative may enter the guest\u2019s information into the reservation system. The representative may not accept the General Terms and Conditions, the House Rules, or the Privacy Notice on behalf of the guest. The guest must receive a verifiable copy of the reservation summary and these documents.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The booking summary includes the accommodation fee, the selected additional services, the payment schedule, and information regarding the tourist tax. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation fee; it is payable in addition to the accommodation fee, on site, at the municipal rate in effect at the time.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

If a cancellation is made by 11:59 p.m. on the 15th calendar day prior to arrival, Palov\u2019s will refund the full amount paid for the direct booking. If a cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation fee, as well as the fees for any additional services ordered as part of the reservation, must be paid.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

If Palov\u2019s is unable to fulfill a reservation due to a water main break, flooding, a serious technical malfunction, government action, or any other circumstance that makes use of the property impossible, Palov\u2019s will refund the amount paid for the affected reservation. Palov\u2019s will assist in finding an alternative whenever possible, but assumes no automatic obligation to provide alternative accommodations.<\/p>\n\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In the case of accommodation services provided for a specific date or period, the consumer is not entitled to the general 14-day right of withdrawal without cause under the Government Decree No. 45\/2014 (February 26), Section 29(1)(l)<\/a> based on. This does not affect the cancellation options set forth in these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Smoking is prohibited inside the property; it is permitted in the garden. House parties, events, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and similar gatherings are not allowed. Electric cars can be charged using the designated outdoor outlet; charging for normal use is included in the room rate. Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted. Palov\u2019s uses the VEND\u00c9GEM Accommodation System. Document data may be entered in advance online or upon arrival by an authorized user within the system. The legal basis for the mandatory data transfer required by VIZA is a legal obligation. Palov\u2019s provides tourism and statistical data to the NTAK; Palov\u2019s does not transmit directly identifiable guest data to the NTAK\u2019s statistical system. The guest is obligated to compensate for any actual and verifiable damage caused by the guest or by a person admitted by the guest through the guest\u2019s fault. In the event of a lost key, the actual cost of replacing the key or, if justified for security reasons, the actual cost of replacing the lock may be charged. Standard final cleaning is included in the room rate; in the event of significant, extraordinary soiling, only the actual and verifiable additional costs may be charged.\n <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We ask guests to report any issues or problems as soon as possible during their stay to the info@palovs.hu<\/a> or the management@palovs.hu<\/a> by email or phone so that Palov\u2019s can attempt to resolve the issue. This does not limit your right to file a complaint at a later date in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The reservation is not contingent on providing marketing consent. During the reservation process, you may opt in to receive news, seasonal offers, and discounts via email by checking a separate, optional, and unchecked-by-default checkbox. This consent may be revoked at any time.<\/p>

Newsletter Coupon \u2013 Effective September 18, 2026:<\/strong> After confirming their newsletter subscription via email, subscribers will receive their own one-time-use coupon code: 10%. The discount applies exclusively to the room rate; it does not apply to additional services, experience packages, gift certificates, or the tourist tax.<\/p>

The coupon is linked to the email address used during sign-up; you must enter this same address when making your reservation. Enter the code in the \u201cCoupon Code\u201d field on the booking form before finalizing your reservation. Re-subscribing with the same email address does not entitle you to another discount. Unsubscribing does not invalidate a coupon that has already been issued.<\/p>

Validity:<\/strong> This offer applies to bookable periods during the early and late seasons, from September through June 15. The reservation must be made, and the entire stay\u2014including the day of departure\u2014must take place no later than June 15, 2027. Closing dates, dates that are already booked, the minimum stay, and other booking rules listed in the calendar remain in effect.<\/p>

Excluded holiday periods (including their start and end dates):<\/strong> October 23\u201325, 2026; October 31\u2013November 1; December 24\u2013January 3, 2027; March 13\u201315, 2027; March 26\u201329, 2027; May 1\u20132, 2027; May 15\u201317, 2027. No part of the stay booked with this coupon may fall within these periods.<\/p>

Before purchasing the voucher, the parties shall agree in writing on the voucher\u2019s amount, validity period, method of redemption, and any exceptions, and shall record these details in the confirmation. The terms and conditions of purchase and redemption are set forth in the individual written confirmation.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

When purchasing a gift certificate under a distance contract, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract without giving a reason: within 14 days from the date the contract was concluded, the Government Decree No. 45\/2014 (Feb. 26)<\/a> may be exercised in accordance with its rules. The right of withdrawal is management@palovs.hu<\/a> It may be communicated by sending a clear statement to the address provided. In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund must be issued within 14 days of receipt of the statement. For subsequent reservations made for a specific date or period, the exception regarding accommodation services set forth in Section 7 applies separately.<\/p>\n\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The dining and wellness experience packages may include elements from both Palov\u2019s own offerings and those of external partners. When a package is ordered, the minimum information required for fulfillment may be shared with the partner: the guest\u2019s phone number for R\u00f3kaMack\u00f3 to coordinate delivery, and the guest\u2019s name for Szent Kl\u00e1ra Gy\u00f3gyf\u00fcrd\u0151 to identify the package.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
